Coaching, as we understand it, is targeted support for employees and managers with the aim of purpose of developing their personality, behavior and performance.



As coaches, we approach each coachee with the highest degree of confidentiality, empathy and respect. We are convinced that our clients already have a wealth of resources necessary for their development. We help our clients to activate these resources when faced with difficult situations and, when necessary, to increase their repertoire of possible options.

Based on an analysis of the client´s current situation, we enable the client to
  • reflect upon his own behavioral patterns
  • find out where his existing potential lies and
  • use his existing strengths to develop new problem solving options
The duration and content of the coaching process are agreed upon by the client and coach or, if applicable, between the client, company and coach.
