Frank Bannys is at home in two worlds.
- As a former Financial Officer and Controller he likes "hard facts". This includes numbers, data and facts as well as strategies and processes.
- However, as a result of the time he spent in executive positions in Germany and worldwide, he has learned that hard facts are not enough to get things going. In a business context, success is driven by “soft” factors, such as motivated managers, employees and teams as well as a positive corporate culture.
